The Town of Surfside Beach is now accepting bids from qualified vendors for the purpose of eliminating manual time entry into the Town’s payroll software. The Town seeks to implement an integrated time, attendance and payroll management solution which also addresses the many security issues inherent in this process. Bid is per specifications enclosed, subject to conditions and provisions set forth in the bid package. Bids must be received at this office, located at 115 Highway 17 North, Surfside Beach, S. C. 29575 by Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 10:00 AM. At that time the sealed bid packages will be publicly opened and read. The services must be furnished as described and specified in the package. Faxed or e-mailed proposals will not be considered and late bid arrivals will be ineligible.
