Invitation to Bid, Qualifications or Proposals:
Surfside Beach Pier Maintenance Project - Carolina Marine Construction , Inc. of Conway was awarded the bid by Town Council on 8/11/2009. Their bid was $68,000.
Bid Announcements and Awards:
The Town of Surfside Beach is requesting bids for the purchase and installation of a mini-split heat pump for the Council/Court Chambers. Click
here for a bid packet. Bids will be submitted subject to conditions and provisions set forth in this bid package and must be received
at Town Hall no later than Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., when they will be publicly opened. The unit and services must
be furnished as described and specified in the package. This solicitation is issued pursuant to a United States department of energy
(DOE) energy efficiency and conservation block grant and federal provisions apply to the awarded contractor.
The Town of Surfside Beach is requesting proposals from pyrotechnicians that can provide service and materials for an electronically
fired pyrotechnic production on July 4, 2010. Click here for a bid packet. The successful proposer will be required to use only licensed
pyrotechnical technicians. Completed proposals must be sealed and returned to Micki Fellner, Town of Surfside Beach, 115 U. S. Highway
17 North, Surfside Beach, S. C. 29575 by 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 4, 2010 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
No faxed or unsealed proposals will be accepted.
