Pursuant to South Carolina Code §6-29-790, the Surfside Beach Zoning Board of Appeals will meet when an application for an appeal is submitted to the Planning, Building and Zoning Dept. All meetings will be posted in the newspaper and on our website. They will be held in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 115 US Highway 17 North, Surfside Beach, SC, unless otherwise posted. The public is invited to attend all meetings and time is allotted for public comments at every meeting. Agendas are published on Fridays prior to the scheduled meeting.
