a. Appeal No. ZA2019-04 – Colby Rowe request and appeal of the Zoning Officials interpretation of Section 17-403 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance regarding the setback requirements of double frontage lots to have a rear setback equal to the front setback.
b. Appeal No. ZA2019-05 Colby Rowe requests a variance from the strict interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance, specifically Section 17-403 to allow for a setback on the rear of 20 ft. as opposed to the required 25 ft. setback. (Mr. Rowe is requesting a five (5) ft. rear setback variance) at 712 Dogwood Dr. North.
