September 17th through the 23rd is National Child Passenger Safety Week.
The Surfside Beach Fire Department has teamed up with Safe Kids and other local agencies to provide a Free car seat check this year on September 19th 4PM-6PM. The Fire Department will have numerous certified car seat technicians on site to help make sure your child is safely secured. Be sure to mark your calendar and hope to see you there!

Thursday, September 21st – The My Olive Shack’s Veteran’s Victory Walk Festival of Arts & Crafts Market will be held in Memorial Park every Thursday through November 2nd, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 21st – The Business Committee will host their “Business with a Twist” for Surfside Beach business owners at Ocean’s Edge Salon & Spa located at 822 Surfside Drive. Registration link below.

Sunday, September 24th - Summer Concert Series: Music in Memorial Park - Free Admission will be held in Memorial Park 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Bring a chair, a picnic and enjoy the “King Tide Trio” performance.
